RETURNS

Thank you for choosing ABSOLUE GRACE. We truly hope you enjoy your pieces.

Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or returns requested outside of the return period.
